An incredible experience, allowing us to immerse ourselves and our daughter in Japanese culture, but also to experience Japan outside of the destinations popular with tourists. The teachers were incredibly kind to our daughter, we were happy to meet them every morning for drop off and pick up, and to explore Matsuyama together in the evenings. To this day Karla still remembers the dance they learned in the daycare to an Anpanman song!

We had an amazing time when we joined the Japan Preschool Exchange Program. The process was swift, easy and organized. The people were very helpful in helping us choose the preschool that suits us best. The school was informative and created a well-rounded and fun daily activities for our kids. The teachers were warm and friendly Our kids had an amazing time.

My daughter loved being with new kids, her program in Matsuyama. As soon as we got back home to Chicago, she asked how her friends in Japan were doing and asked if they were coming to her school to visit.

The program was absolutely life changing for our family! Our children loved every single day of their experience and would beg to return to school (which is usually unheard of)! The teachers were heavily invested in ensuring our children had the optimal, most enriching experiencing, particularly by arranging for two separate field trips (zoo and local park), soccer matches, cooking activities, and so much more! Besides the incredible interactions with the teachers, the students and staff were all heartfelt in their efforts to help our children feel connected and safe. The staff even went out of their way to make local restaurant recommendations that would accommodate our family and young children and even helped us secure a taxi for our return to the airport! We truly felt their kindness, support and kindness.

Our hearts are fuller as a result of our experience and we would recommend this school and program a million times over to any family. Besides the incredible preschool experience, we had the unique ability to experience life as a “local” and fell in love with Matsuyama City! In fact, we find ourselves dreaming of when we can return and perhaps even investing in a vacation home there one day. We feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to participate in this program.

The experience was life altering and impactful in all the best ways. It will be a core memory for our entire family!

Through this preschool exchange program, I had the incredible opportunity to witness children's growth up close. Their smiles, curiosity, and eagerness to learn inspired me deeply. I also cherished the interactions with the local community, which reinforced the importance of a warm and supportive environment for children. This experience was truly unforgettable.
