The four weeks we spent at Yanagimachien in Osaka made this summer memorable. Everyone was so kind, providing our son with positive interactions and experiences that helped bring him out of his shell. The environment and atmosphere of the school was very welcoming. When he had some separation anxiety, the principals and teachers all stepped in to help calm him down. The daily communication and photos from the school allowed us as parents to have full trust in the teachers. By the end of the program, our son was sad to leave his new friends and wished he could stay longer. The immersive program was a wonderful experience for him to learn and grow.

Our family had a wonderful experience participating in the Japan Preschool Exchange Program. Although we came from different countries and spoke different languages, we found that language barriers were never a problem. Through smiles, gestures, kindness, and patience, the teachers and children were able to communicate and connect naturally. It was a valuable opportunity for our child to experience Japanese preschool life, culture, and daily activities.
We especially loved the outdoor activities organized by the preschool. It was wonderful to see the children spending time outside, exploring nature, playing freely, and learning through real-life experiences. One of the most memorable activities was visiting the local library. Our child was excited to discover new books and experience how children in Japan enjoy reading and learning.
We would also like to express our sincere thanks to the kitchen staff for preparing such nutritious and delicious lunches every day. The meals were well-balance, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by the children. We truly appreciate the care and effort that went into providing healthy and tasty food.
We were impressed by the warm hospitality, well organized activities, and the kindness shown by everyone involved. This program not only helped our child learn and grow but also allowed our family to gain a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and education. It was truly a memorable experience that we will always cherish.
Thank you to everyone at Yanagimachi-en Preschool the teachers, kitchen staff, and all those working behind the scenes. Yanagimachi-en will always have a special place in our heart.
